These are a few books and workbooks that Casey often recommends to her clients. They cover several different topics, including living with a trauma history, processing adverse childhood experiences, working through anxiety and OCD symptoms, learning productive and safe ways to cope with various life stressors, and learning positive ways of communicating more effectively with your partner or partners. Not every book or workbook applies to every person's situation. Some books and workbooks discuss distressing topics and themes, so please review the book or workbook descriptions at the respective links and read at your discretion.
